Life on Life
Development Huddles – It is IMPOSSIBLE to train people inductively in all they need to know. Training sessions play a vital part, but they cannot be the primary mechanism of information transfer. Highly resourced and goal oriented Huddles are the best vehicle to deliver application to ideas, and to extend people with challenging assignments.
